1. Sales and Refunds

- All Sales Are Final: Once you purchase a software key, the sale is final.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if Kaffeine staff determine there is an issue with the software itself. No refunds will be provided for any other reason, and approval is required for a refund.

2. Software Keys and Access

- Limited Time Access: We sell software keys that grant you access to third-party software for a limited time. This access does not auto-renew; you must purchase a new key to continue access.
- No Software Ownership: Kaffeine does not develop the software. We solely provide product keys that we purchase from the original manufacturer. We have no affiliation with the software owner/developer beyond this relationship.

3. Support

- Software Support: We offer support for software issues, but no guarantees are made regarding the resolution or timeliness of support responses.

4. Liability and Use of Keys

- Limited Liability: Kaffeine is only liable for providing the software key upon receiving funds from you. We are not responsible or liable for any actions you take with the key, or for any issues or damages resulting from the use of the third-party software.
- Third-Party Software: The software keys we sell can also be purchased directly from the manufacturer, with whom we have no affiliation.

5. Payment Methods

- Accepted Payments: We accept most major credit cards, cryptocurrency, and other services supported by the Stripe platform.

6. Prohibited Actions

- Tampering Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from tampering with the software in any malicious way. If your actions lead to early termination of the subscription, Kaffeine is not liable.

7. Key Usage Restrictions

- Non-Transferable: The software key is intended for single-user use and is locked to a specific computer. Sharing or transferring the key is prohibited.
- Computer Lock Removal: If you need to remove the computer lock temporarily, you may request assistance through our support platform or Discord server, subject to approval.

8. Amendments to Terms

- Changes Without Notice: These Terms of Service may be updated or changed at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before each purchase.

9. Software Downtime

- Random Downtime: The software may experience random downtimes when updates are required. While compensation for lost time may be considered, there is no guarantee, and no refunds will be issued for downtime.

10. Price Match

- Store Credit: In the event of a price match, any difference will be returned to you as store credit.

11. Purchase Agreement

- User Commitment: By purchasing, you agree to the following statement:

12. Chargebacks

- Consequences of Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback may result in your device being permanently suspended from accessing any of our future products.

13. Single-Use Keys

- Non-Replacement: The software keys provided are for single use only and are not replaceable.
